Over the summer, we were came to revere Adam Richman from Travel Channel's Man vs. Food. We watched reruns of the show almost daily on our Roku player. In fact, we became so completely obsessed that we just had to create a (vegetarian) behemoth of our own. So, one Sunday afternoon -- after a super long run -- El Chubacabra was born. You'll see more in the video . . . but it's an omelett (yes -- TWO Ts because it's freakin' ginormous!) wrapped inside a burrito taken all the way to yum-town. Whatever. We're dorks.
We hope you enjoy the show! Go easy on us, though. It was our first attempt at the whole video thing. But there's plenty more to come, so stay tuned . . .
