Is it Holiday Break Yet?

Seriously!
I'm looking forward to some time off, yo!

I spoke with my parents last night, and I think we're hitting up this little out-of-the-way, lumberjack-Montreal-episode-of-No-Reservations-with-Anthony-Bourdain-style maple syrup/breakfast place in the hills of PA (or NY). Will report back with full review. I also want to go x-country skiing, among other things. I'm from the back-woods of PA, so it isn't like we'll be trekking to any hot spots, but there's certainly a lot of low-key things to do.
