Weekend Hike and Pancakes

Scenes from this weekend's highlight -- a long, flat hike amongst the leaves. The weather was absolutely gorgeous, though a bit warmer than I like this time of year.
In all my 33-week glory:
Stephen hated stopping for me to take photos . . .
But I reminded him it might be our last hike as a couple for a while!
The next morning, we made Greek yogurt pancakes.

The recipe isn't ours, though. So, I'll direct you on Macheesmo if you think you'd like to make 'em. I'd very much suggest doing so. We were blown away at the texture. There's hardly any flour in them, too! Just lots of protein and flavor. We'll surely be making them again sometime soon.
