Day 2

Just popping on here tonight to say that Day 2 of the Sourdough Experiment is complete. (I promise you, this isn't what I'm posting about all week long!) I had read not to use a metal bowl, but, pulling from her own sourdough experience, reader Laura suggested I opt for a wooden or other non-metal spoon as well. Thank you!
