Weekend Things

You’ll be hearing more about these guys soon. Basically it’s leftover Pumpkin Pizza Dough “baked” in the waffle iron topped/broiled with cheese. I got the idea from Ashley’s savory pizza waffles. I put a lot of stuff in the waffle iron (which you’ll see more of next week), but I hadn’t tried pizza.

Cannot get enough.

#1: OMG. The Hater’s Guide To The Williams-Sonoma Catalog sort of rocked my world this week.

#2: These Quintessential Chocolate Chip Cookies are no joke. They turn out perfectly with a flax egg (1 tablespoon flax meal + 3 tablespoons hot water). And add walnuts!

#3: Shia LaBeouf. I don’t really know what’s going on here, but it’s majestic in its own way.

#4: From Bill Gates: The Best Books I Read In 2014.

#5: I had read about Kayla Montgomery, one of the country’s top young distance runners, a while ago. And I recently came upon this amazing video piece on ESPN about her story of running and competing with MS.

#6: Some Deals:
#7: Over the holidays I want to give all my pans a deep cleaning + TLC. Here’s How To Repair a Cast Iron Skillet. Remarkable!
